The former deputy recalled that if in the mid-1990s the scale of corruption in Russia was measured at $10 billion throughout the country, then under Putin the same money is “siphoned out of the budget” for only one of many government programs.

According to a former State Duma deputy, national and remote regions such as Tatarstan and the Far East will be the first to sever ties with the center.

Or it will begin in remote regions like the Far East, which quietly survives without Moscow only on transit and huge customs revenues. Hatred is a powerful emotional feeling, which, according to Vysotsky, certainly “lives next to love.” Everything else is everyday ranting in the kitchen, which does not pose a danger to the current government. Mainly the liberal part of society, which believes that protests, the rise of the so-called “hatred” will again allow her to get into the Kremlin “boat”. A moral revolution is already underway, but a bloody revolution is not expected. The state of public consciousness: “protest” can only lead to a forced improvement in the work of power, and not to its revolutionary change. If we expand its effect to events that cause the strongest protests, then in the end it may turn out that the government does not need to be changed, but that anti-national phenomena need to be condemned not only in words, but in accordance with the law. And those who are especially dissatisfied need to master such a civil status as “plaintiff” and be a concrete plaintiff, and not an abstract scribe. By the way, the plaintiff, unlike the scribe, can be a collective one, and the more plaintiffs in the case, the higher the public outcry.

Let's assume the worst - the emergence of a genius for revolutions. Here Ulyanov with pseudo Lenin was a de facto revolutionary genius and is recognized worldwide. But the preparation of the party took about 30 years, and the proletarian revolution would have been impossible if it had not been preceded by a bourgeois revolution that displaced the monarchy. And then what happened to the bourgeoisie, officers, and clergy? Accordingly, any genius of revolutions will think three times whether to make a coup, suddenly an even more terrible genius of revolutions will appear behind him and put him against the wall with his entire family and relatives. The same is true for any “renunciations.” Any coup smells like death and is not needed by the people.

Are there geniuses of party, business and state building? Is there a figure in the public consciousness who can replace Putin? Is it really Kasyanov? Or Prokhorov, who first promised one design for the e-mobile, then abruptly changed its appearance, and this is not to mention his ability to actually manage even the Right Cause party? Or will society still remember what it was like in the 90s “before Putin” and what it was like in the 21st century, “with Putin”? Nowadays such figures are not visible, which means that society has no one to risk everything for. But one can express hatred and contempt for Medvedev without risking shaking the state with excessive revolutionism.

However, Putin managed to lead revolutionism, just look at the two key words “popular front” and see the difference from the two words “representative power”.

A peaceful solution to the problem of alienation of power from society is possible if the post-Soviet elite turns from solving its own problems to solving the problems of society.
